Current Product

As Product Lead for B2C in Solaris SE I am responsible for the development of the customer facing banking solutions from onboarding customer to banking apps. Ensuring commercial performance, constant delivery and multiple internal banking stakeholders, external and customer management.​ Solaris SE has migrated 1.1 credit card from LBB in September 2024. Joining Solaris I was responsible of building the app for migration, triggering the migration and further building financial product offerings within the app.

Apple & Google Pay

Our challenge started that no one in the company had experience in integrating Apple or Google Pay in the apps frontend and there is no sandbox environment for Germany. Under time pressure, we searched for knowledge outside the team and working with Apple but had little lack. We continued to develop, research, and test until things came together. We successfully got certified before the migration and where able to offer both Apple and Google Pay to our 1.1 million customers.

Customer Onboarding

To onboard customers the bank requires the customers to provide a lot of personal information, whereas the bank is required to stay compliant for regulation and data protection. I was responsible developing different onboarding flows for online and physical branch, each with its unique requirements. I was responsible to get set the requirements and approvals from all requirement  departments legal, marketing, data protection, Anti-Financial Crime, customer support departments. With the launch of onboarding the company is able to grow the portfolio and generate new revenue.

Savings Account

Building savings account for our customers to benefits from interest rate on deposit was a big undertaking. The product required to be integrated into the existing credit card app experience. As the lead for the implementation, I had to ensure all aspects of the product, from legal documentation of terms and conditions, regulatory deposit guarantee schemes, promotional interest periods, customer support, customer communication, tax exemption, report and delivery of the product to customers.
